- We ship worldwide via UPS.
We try our best to process our customers' orderders with utmost sincerity. All the designs are custom printed, and we don't keep the inventory printed all the time (e.g. Vinyl Printing). Vinyl printing orders will be printed when the payment is received and will be shipped promptly. In most of the cases with an order of 5-10 shirts, we will ship the items in 3-4 days within receiving the full payment. We will notify you in case of any exceptions.
The customers will be given options to input their shipping address from the shopping cart, and the online UPS tool will show the corresponding shipping prices with appropriate methods. The customer must choose the preferred shipping method and the corresponding shipping price will be added to their cart.
Once shipped, the customer will be emailed with their UPS tracking code.
- Privacy & Security
- Our customers' personal/business detail and financial information is protected by Canadian and International law and will never be shared with anybody without your prior approval. Payments are always maintained via PayPal through their secured site and customers' credit card detail is never shared with us by PayPal. Thus, you always get all the privacy and security privileges offered by PayPal.
In case of offline orders via phone or email, your credit card will be processed via secured Virtual Terminal in accordance with Canadian and International law.
- Returns & Replacements
- In case of customers' errors, no money back or return is possible. We do maintain strict quality control procedures, thus, highest quality of goods is guaranteed. We will replace a good for free only if the customer has been sent a mistaken item from our part, but only after receiving a sufficient proof from the customer.
- Ordering
- All the items on this website are custom made and will be printed once full payment is received. The customers must choose color and size of the item. As being custom items, these can be modified even further according to the customers' need. If you don't see your preferred color, please send us an email along with the image of the item (save the image from the website and email) and we will process your order accordingly. If you don't see your preferred color on the website and would like to receive the item with your preferred color, please don't pay before you consult with us.
- Payment & Pricing
- We accept payments from all major credit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed via PayPal's secured payment site and the customers will be given the option to choose credit card or PayPal payment. Upon filling up all the necessary information including shipping and customer detail, the customer may choose to pay via PayPal express checkout, or hit the Continue button. The customer can choose credit card or PayPal standard option from the next page.
There are many factors that may affect our pricing including supplies, processing time, printing methods applied etc. Please be ensured that we try our best to keep the price reasonable aligning with all these factors. - Viewing Orders
- Customers can create their online account with us free from the shopping website. Once logged in, registered customers will have access to their order detail from their personal account.
- Updating Account Information
- Once logged in, registered customers will have access to their account information on the shopping site and will be able to modify their account detail.
